  • During Diwali, people like to play card games. The idea behind our new campaign was to use a similar concept on the digital platform. The idea was to give people a similar kind of thrill and excitement.

  • Execution

  • We created a slot machine using a .gif image which had earphones, speakers, phone cases, etc. appear in the slot; moving continuously. To win, people were asked to take a screenshot of the image at a time when all three slots were showing a picture of a phone.

    The screenshot was to be shared in the comments below the post. The contest ran for 7 days on Facebook using the hashtag #LoadedDiwali

  • Result

  • Over 1 thousand people engaged with the brand and 432 entries were received. The contest reached over 23K people, thus helping The MobileStore expand its reach on social media.
